Jim purchased Woodland Truck Line with his wife Darlene in 1967. The company thrived for many years under their leadership. Jim passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in November, 2020. Jim's love for trucking extended back to the work that he did for his father's trucking company when he was a young boy. His love for the trucking business and the love that he had for working with other people never left him. Jim is gone, but his approach to life ("life is good!") and his attitude toward customers ("can do!") lives on in our company.
